The Preston Business Centre boast lets of 50 luxury 500 sq ft office spaces. A shared reception area with break out seating will be manned daily by a Business Centre Manager. The centre will have boardroom facilities with the latest in electronic equipment, a lift, fully equipped kitchens and toilets on all floors. Ample parking will be directly in front of the building allowing easy access to the centre.
Access for tenants is 24 hour so in order to maintain a high level of security on the premises we have 24 hour CCTV coverage and security. Each tenant has a key fob to gain entry to the building and their office, and as an additional security feature each wing is alarmed.
Preston is a major centre of the British defence aerospace industry with BAE Systems, the UK's principal military aircraft design, development and manufacture supplier, having its Military Aircraft headquarters located nearby. An £800 million regeneration project is also planned for Preston. The project is being managed by a large lending company.
Since city status was awarded in the Queen's Jubilee year, Preston has been targeted by a number of developers.
